For the love of spreading library joy!
We are so excited to be hosting TikTok and Instagram star Mychal Threets, as a part of our anniversary celebrations. Mychal began creating social media videos spreading "library joy" that feature book recommendations, library services, and affirming messages, in 2020 as a response to the pandemic. Those videos have since reached millions sharing a love for libraries, books and community. As of August, this year Mychal is the Librarian in Residence for PBS.
