Special Interests
A few things I like to do in my spare time would be traveling, shopping, cooking, watching TV, and collecting flamingos. I also like to work all sorts of puzzles, play various games, and let my cat sit on my lap as much as she wants.
Growing up in Decatur with 3 older siblings, I attended Decatur Public Schools, graduating from MacArthur High School in 1984. I then attended Millikin University, graduating in 1988. After working in the typesetting/printing industry and working at two radio stations in Decatur, I started at the DPL in 1998. I currently work in the Programs, Resources, and Services Division where I am responsible for the Large Print collection, 700’s collection, and paperback collection. I also select all materials for our homebound patrons.
