Learn about pet care and create a fun art collage with pet pictures
What: PUPS Art Collage Program
When: Saturday, March 11, 10 - 11 am
Where: Children's Auditorium, Decatur Public Library
Who: Students K-8th grade
Join us for this guided art program, in which Kim Schwalbach will teach students step-by-step how to make a animal collage! Kim will discuss pet care before her art class, and her Border Collie, Lady Mary, will be there for the class. Supplies will be provided, but children can bring in pictures of their pets that they would like to add to their collage.
Space is limited. Advance registration is required. Kids Kindergarten and 1st grade need an adult with them.
PUPS (People Understanding Pets) is a program taught by Humane Educator Kim Schwalbach from the Decatur & Macon County Animal Shelter Foundation.
